David is a Business Psychologist who works as an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach. David is passionate about shaping leadership and organisational culture to achieve strategic organisational objectives.

During his career David has held European board level positions with blue chip IT and engineering organisations, with personal responsibility for delivering revenues in excess of $1Billion.  As a facilitator for the last 15 years, David has focussed on delivering emotional intelligence based organisational development programs for international clients across multiple industry sectors. David delivers transformation and culture change interventions by facilitating behavioural change with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, shareholders, board members and senior management teams. As an experienced coach David specialises in board level interventions and has worked with senior leaders in the FTSE top 100 companies.

David has a reputation as a challenging and insightful facilitator who works with warmth and good humour his mission is to leave his clients feeling inspired and resourceful.
